Construction Plus Asia has featured ISG’s innovative fit out of General Electric’s (GE) offices in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Global energy company GE’s new office space provides a modern, comfortable and exciting work environment for the company’s 1,000-strong team, spanning across seven floors.
Each of the seven floors has been designed to accommodate a maximum of 125 fixed workstations, incorporating a variety of workplace setups such as 120-degree workstations, bench seating and sit-stand workstations – all in the effort to encourage collaborative work practices.
The main reception area boasts a futuristic appearance, augmented by two network operations centres and a large integrated touch-screen video wall.
Two curved glass meeting rooms at the end point of the reception and waiting area provide a dynamic visitor experience.
The 96,000 sq ft project was completed in September 2016.
