Constructed within a live operating office, ISG delivered this everyday service project over four phases ensuring an uninterrupted business. Through a combination of working out of hours and carefully demarcated hoarding, this project was successfully delivered without any adverse or unplanned impact on the customer.
Through a period of 16 weeks, the project involved the reconfiguration of the office facility to augment and replace workstations, full carpet replacement, reconfiguration and enhancement of cellularised spaces, engineering upgrades and the creation of a brand new staff café hub.
Procurement challenges were evident with the first phase of works, involving approximately 25 Tetra Pak staff, having to be completed within a period of 3 weeks.
To suit the programme, materials were only selected if its delivery could be expedited. Supplemented with our ability to think big, ISG provided the innovative solution to supply and install a custom single-glazed framed office front.
Through this highly customised approach, and the certainty that comes from a trusted delivery, we were able to shave 3 weeks off the normal delivery timeframe of standard industry solutions, bringing delight to our customer.
With project-specific risk assessments and method statements, coupled with strong and sound supervision, this project was delivered without LTI and involved over 16,400 man hours.
